Data Retention

We store personal data for active users until your account is deleted or terminated. Certain data like orders and financial transactions are retained for longer periods for legal compliance. We determine retention based on the following criteria:

  • Legal obligations under applicable law, government orders, or contracts.
  • Pending or recent transactions, claims, or disputes.
  • Our legitimate operational needs, such as account management, analysis, research, system improvements, and troubleshooting.

Adventure Force participates in the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks established by the U.S. Department of Commerce with respect to personal data transferred from the European Economic Area and Switzerland to the United States in reliance on Privacy Shield. We commit to comply with the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such data. If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles take precedence.

Adventure Force is headquartered in the United States with international operations. We transfer personal data to the U.S. as well as other countries where we have operations or engage service providers, including some in Europe, Asia, and South America. We utilize standard contract clauses, EU Binding Corporate Rules (“BCRs”), and other safeguards to permit data transfers from the EEA and Switzerland to other countries worldwide.
